For our next beer pairing class, we will be working with Hao Tran of Lost in the Sauce and Hao's Grocery & Cafe. We will be pairing some of her favorite Vietnamese Street foods with Funky Picnic beers. Led by Collin Zreet, Certified Cicerone and co-founder of Funky Picnic Brewery & Cafe. The class will include 4 beers paired alongside 3 different dishes.
