Our next beer pairing class will feature local hot sauce company, Freaky Ferments! We will explore the interaction of beer with hot sauce as we go from Mild to Scorchin' levels of heat! Each pairing will include hot sauce applied to Funky Picnic's house Chicken Wings or vegetarian option, Fried Cauliflower (make sure you select the Vegetarian option when purchasing tickets). The class will be lead by Funky Picnic co-owner and Certified Cicerone, Collin Zreet, who will walk through each beer and hot sauce pairing. Price includes tip.
