Käsespatzle - House-made Spätzel with a four cheese blend topped with fried onions
Currywurst - House-made pork sausage, curry ketchup, duck fried potato chips, and sauerkraut
Hirschrücken mit Schoko - Kirsch-sauce roasted venison with cherry sauce, crème fraiche, romanesco, and potato puree
Schnitzel - Pork cutlet, roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled lemon, mushroom sauce, pickled cabbage puree
Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte - deconstructed black forest cake, Dr. Pepper cherry sauce, and ginger snap cookies
